I forgot my password
Open the sign-in page and choose Forgot password. We will email you a link to choose a new one. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
I did not get the confirmation email
On the confirmation screen choose Resend the email, then check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the address you registered with is correct.
How do I add another caregiver?
In the app open Settings, then the person, then Manage caregivers. Owners and admins can add a caregiver by email and choose their role.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Send us a message with the topic Privacy and your account email. We will verify it is you and handle your request as the privacy policy describes.
A pump command was not confirmed
Do not send it again straight away. Check the pump directly first. If it keeps happening, contact us with the time and what you sent.
